We are now looking for a structured and communicative Field Service Planner for our service operations within gas turbine projects. The role is central to the planning and coordination of global field resources and involves close collaboration with both internal functions and international interfaces.

About the role

As a Field Service Planner, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on global field resources in ongoing and upcoming service projects. You will act as a central contact point between the project organization, field personnel, logistics, and other support functions. The work is conducted in business systems such as SAP and Salesforce and requires high accuracy, good foresight, and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize global field resources within gas turbine and service projects
• Coordinate resources and activities with internal functions and global stakeholders
• Manage and follow up on planning flows in SAP and Salesforce
• Ensure correct administration and updated planning information
• Be a central contact point for resource and planning-related questions
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and working methods within resource and field service planning

Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning, field service, or logistics in a technical/industrial environment
• Good system proficiency, preferably from SAP and Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional collaborations
• Structured, solution-oriented, and administratively precise
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications

• Education in logistics, planning, or equivalent
• International work experience
• Experience from service or project operations within energy, industry, or gas turbines
